Inclement Weather Policy

EMpowered will decide to close for inclement weather by 3:00 pm. Please check your email for updates regarding our decision. Please like us on to stay current on closures and events.
School Policies
Missed Classes: Make-up classes must be completed within the month you missed the lesson ​

Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any class with low enrollment and close any classes that are full.

Drop-off and Pick-up: Students should not arrive more than 5 minutes before the start of class. Students MUST BE picked up on time. A $10 fee will be applied to accounts for students requiring supervision for more than 10 minutes after their class finishes. Additionally, $1 fee for every minute after 10 minutes will be incurred.

Zero-tolerance: EMpowered Dance & Wellness Center is a zero-tolerance zone for harassment of any kind. Please report violations of this policy to the Faculty and/or staff immediately.
​
Level Placement: The studio is developed upon a strict syllabus. Initially, students will be placed according to age and proficiency. After viewing the dancer in class, adjustments will be made accordingly.

Permission to Use Photographs

Student pictures and videos are taken throughout the year for purposes of marketing and promoting EMpowered Dance Center. Parent/Guardian permission is granted with registration unless otherwise expressed to the business staff.
