Missed Classes for weather-related closures:  The studio has one week of snow days built into our school year.  After one week, make-up classes are permitted but must be completed within one month of the lesson. Make up classes must be arranged in advance.  Please email the studio at office@empowereddance.com to arrange your make up class.   ​

Cancellations/Instructors:  We reserve the right to cancel any class with low enrollment and close any classes that are full.  Instructors may change without notice.

Drop-off and Pick-up:  Students should not arrive more than 5 minutes before the start of class.  Students MUST BE picked up on time. A $10 fee will be applied to accounts for students requiring supervision for more than 10 minutes after their class finishes.    Additionally, $1 fee for every minute after 10 minutes will be incurred.

Zero-tolerance:  EMpowered Dance & Wellness Center is a zero-tolerance zone for harassment of any kind.  Please report violations of this policy to the Faculty and/or staff immediately.

Level Placement:  The studio is developed upon a strict syllabus.  Initially, students will be placed according to age, then proficiency.  After viewing the dancer in class, adjustments will be made accordingly.
